What is included in the room rate?

Parking Information

A large municipal parking lot is located near the hotel.

From June 10 to September 30, the city authorities implement paid parking in the resort area. It must be paid in advance at a rate of 60 UAH for each planned hour of parking between 08:00 and 23:00.

During the night — from 23:00 to 08:00 — parking is free of charge.

Payment is made via a QR code displayed on information signs within the parking area.

Please note: failure to pay for parking during the daytime will result in a fine issued by the municipal service.

Frequently Asked Questions about NEMO Hotel Rooms

What is included in the room rate at NEMO Hotel?

The room rate includes: a luxurious buffet breakfast, access to 11 pools, including outdoor and indoor pools, the SPA complex, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi, fitness club, Kid’s Club, Junior Club, cinema room, 24/7 room service and Wi-Fi. Children under 12 receive a NEMO backpack with gifts.

What is the difference between Standard and Superior Standard?

The Superior Standard features a larger room and a sea or park view. It also offers more space for families: a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years old. Both categories include the same set of services.

Do children stay free at the hotel?

One child up to 5 years old inclusive stays free without an extra bed. If there are two children under 5, an additional charge of UAH 2,000/night applies for the second child. Children aged 6 to 11 are charged UAH 2,000/night each; from age 12, the adult rate of UAH 3,500/night applies.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?

Yes, free cancellation is available if cancelled at least 28 days before arrival. Cancellations made within a shorter timeframe incur a penalty of 1 night’s stay. During high season, 01.05–30.09, and on public holidays, a penalty of 100% of the total booking value applies.

Does the hotel have rooms for guests with dogs?

Yes, NEMO Hotel is a dog-friendly hotel. Guests may bring dogs weighing up to 6 kg. An additional housekeeping fee of UAH 2,000 per night applies. Dog-friendly rooms must be booked in advance.

Which rooms are best suited for a family holiday with children?

The best choice for families is the Family Suite: it accommodates 2 adults and 2 children of any age or 3 adults and 2 children. For smaller budgets, the Superior Standard is a great option – accommodating up to 4 guests, 2 adults and 2 children under 6. All categories include access to Kid’s Club NEMO with professional animators.
