Stay and Booking Conditions

• Check-in – from 15:00 local time;
• Check-out – by 12:00 local time;
• One child up to 5 years old (inclusive) stays free without an extra bed. If there are two children up to 5 years old in the room, an additional charge of UAH 2,000/night applies for the second child;
• Children aged 6 to 11 years (inclusive) – an extra bed supplement of UAH 2,000/night per child;
• Children aged 12 and above and adults – an extra bed supplement of UAH 3,500/night per person;
• Superior Standard rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, or 2 adults and 1 child over 12 years old.
• Suite rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children of any age, or 3 adults and 2 children (one of whom is under 5 years old).
• A booking is considered guaranteed upon receipt of a prepayment of 100% of the accommodation cost (from 01.05 to 30.09, as well as on public holidays); or the cost of 1 night (01.10–30.04).
• Early check-in and late check-out are charged at 50% (01.10–30.04) of the confirmed nightly rate, and at 100% (01.05–30.09, as well as on public holidays) of the confirmed nightly rate.
• Upon check-in, a security deposit of UAH 10,000 or €200 in cash per room must be left at the reception.
• Upon check-in, a valid identity document must be provided for each guest (for children – a birth certificate).
• Cancellation policy: free of charge if cancelled at least 28 days prior to arrival; otherwise – a penalty of 1 night’s accommodation applies; and a penalty of 100% of the total booking value during high season (01.05–30.09) and on public holidays.
• Upon check-in, you will be given a wristband that grants access to all services included in your stay. A fine of €10 per wristband will be charged in case of loss.
• Stays with dogs up to 6 kg are permitted; an additional housekeeping fee of UAH 2,000 per night applies.
• Smoking in the room and on hotel grounds is strictly prohibited (except in designated areas).
