Accommodation terms and conditions:

• Check-in: 15:00 local time.
• Check-out: 12:00 local time.
• One child under 5 years old without extra bed stays free. If there are two children under 5 years old in the room, then the surcharge for the second child is 1200 UAH / night;
• Children from 6 to 11 years old: additional payment for extra bed is 1200 UAH / night for each child;
• Children from 12 years old and adults: additional payment for an extra bed is 2000 UAH / night for each person;
• Superior Standard rooms can accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 children up to 6 years old, or 2 adults and 1 child over 12 years old.
• Suite rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children of any age, or 3 adults and 2 children (one child is up to 5 years old).
• Booking is guaranteed after making a prepayment of 100% of the total cost of stay (from May 1 to September 30, as well as on holidays); in the amount of the cost of 1 night of accommodation (from October 1 to April 30);
• Early check-in and late check-out are paid at the rate of 50% (01.10-30.04) of the confirmed rate of accommodation for 1 night and 100% (01.05-30.09, as well as on holidays) of the confirmed rate of accommodation for 1 night.
• A refundable security deposit 200 EURО in cash  per room is required upon arrival.
• Upon arrival, you must provide an identity document of each hotel guest (for children – a birth certificate).
• Cancellation conditions: free of charge in case of cancellation no less than 28 days before arrival, in other cases a fine of 1 night stay; and a fine in the amount of 100% of the total cost of the reservation (in the high season 01.05-30.09 and on holidays).
• At the reception, you will be given a bracelet on your hand, which allows you to use all the hotel services included in your stay. For the loss of a bracelet, there is a fine of 10 EURO for each bracelet.
• Dogs are allowed to live with up to 6 kg for 2000 UAH per night (extra cleaning is required).
• Smoking in the room and throughout the hotel, except for designated areas, is strictly forbidden.

The room rate includes:

• Accommodation in the room of the chosen category; 
• Luxurious buffet breakfasts with a variety of delicious dishes, (including oysters, ham, red fish, elite cheeses, champagne, orange fresh, original coffee);
• Every child under 12 years old gets a NEMO backpack with gifts;
• Visiting the dolphin-shaped pool with heated sea water +33° outdoors (all year round);
• Visiting the warm hydromassage jacuzzi pool +38° outdoors (all year round);
• Visiting the indoor swimming pool with sea water +28° (in the cold season);
