Aqua aerobics 

Aqua aerobics  – one of the secrets of a healthy gestation and the best physical training before childbirth even for those moms who cannot swim. All the movements in water are soft and smooth- you feel your body like in gravity and active movements you can combine with a complete relaxation. Your heart works with less intensity, but at the same time you get a great result.

Aqua aerobics helps to avoid overweight, reduces congestion in pelvis and in lower extremities. It prevents venous disorders and reinforces cardiovascular and respiratory system.

Gymnastics classes

Fit Mama – a set of exercises and breathe practice, worked out in accordance with all physiological features of gestation period, which is oriented for muscles development, strengthening of joints, ligaments, muscles, spine and just a harmonious development of the entire body. Moderate exercise helps to prepare for childbirth and avoid edema, constipation, headaches, backaches. Is suitable for any level of gestation.

Group sessions with a psychologist

For women, the awareness and acceptance of the entire depth of motherhood is accompanied by a rather serious psycho-physiological and emotional adjustment.

The proposed program includes training and seminars, aimed at psychological and emotional support for the harmonization of a family expecting a baby. Here you can get answers to many questions, to communicate in a friendly atmosphere with other parents who, like you, are preparing for the baby appearance.

In a relaxed atmosphere you will touch the mystery of a child birth and acquire knowledge and skills required for motherhood. You will get to know what can be done for your child’s development today, even before the birth.

Relaxation program with dolphins

Each session with the dolphins is accompanied by increased production of endorphins – the hormones of joy and happiness. Communication with amazing creatures , removes tension, reduces pain and spasms, improves mother’s health. Water also provides the ability to easily and free movement, sensation of flight – is very beneficial for the future mother and her baby.

During the class you will become acquainted with the dolphins, petting them, greeting and listening to the sounds that dolphins emit. They play with you, swim and even paint a picture that will remind you of this wonderful event.

Specially worked out program allows psihorelaxation together with dolphins completely affects the body and psyche of future mother and baby. In charge of prenatal psychologist you can use technology studied at the course of dolphin therapy, during childbirth and the period of adaptation.
